Four hurt in pub garden tree fall

Four people, including two children, have been taken to hospital after a large tree fell in a pub beer garden in Greater Manchester. The tree fell at The Hockery Brook in Wigan Road, Hindley, just after 14:00 BST during a family fun day event. Greater Manchester Fire Service said four people were taken to hospital with minor injuries. It is understood a seven-year-old boy sustained a broken leg and a younger child suffered rib injuries. Families complete Hillsborough walk

Hillsborough families and supporters have completed a 96-mile (154km) walk from the Sheffield ground to Liverpool. We Never Walked Alone event, saw about 40 people leave Hillsborough on Friday, arriving at Anfield at about 14:00 BST.
